      该工程总建筑面积22,420平方米，地下2层，地上27层，局部28层，建筑物总高度为99.4米，工程主体采取框剪结构。荣获2001年度中国建筑工程鲁班奖。

      The gross floor area is 22,420m2, including 2-storey basements and 27 floors, partially 28 floors. The total height is 99.4m. Its main body adopts the frame-shear wall structure. It was awarded with China Construction Prize Luban in 2001.
